The Schröder MT 07 is an air-cell dynamic mattress system aimed at preventing pressure ulcers. Its high-quality TPU-coated cells provide reliable and effective therapeutic support. The mattress has 20 dynamic air cells working in a 2-1 alternating pattern and 3 static cells in the head section; the 20 cm high cells inflate and deflate in turn with the digital pump. This design suits patients whose risk of developing pressure ulcers ranges from medium to very high.

Programmed by a microcontroller, the multi-function digital pump runs on two linear compressors with a flow rate of 9.0 L + 9.0 L and has a detachable power cable. Its high flow rate lets the mattress inflate quickly. A precise digital pressure transducer lowers the power drawn once the target pressure is reached, which is what makes the pump quiet, energy-efficient and long-lasting. The pump offers a 20-minute static mode, an alternating mode with selectable cycle time, a constant low pressure (CLP) or pulsating mode, and auto-firm and auto-sensing modes. When pressure drops, the power fails or a fault requiring service occurs, the pump gives an audible and visual alarm and shows the fault as a code; these warnings protect patient safety.
