The Schröder MT 03 is a two-layer anti-decubitus mattress made to provide comfort for patients in high-risk groups so as to prevent decubitus ulcers. The top layer is CNC-cut soft foam and the bottom layer is high-density PU foam.
The size of the cubic cuts in the top layer varies by body region; this structure is optimized for body anatomy, and the differently sized cuts reduce pressure. The cuts in the bottom layer are symmetrically sized to match the top layer and support it.
