Personal Data Notice

As Mekar Healthy Trading Ltd. (the “Company”), we care about the security of your personal data. This notice is provided in our capacity as data controller under the TRNC Personal Data Protection Law No. 89/2007 and, where applicable, the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.

1. Data we process

• Identity and contact details: name, institution/company, email address, phone number
• Request details: messages and product lists submitted via contact, quote and service forms
• Order and billing details (when online sales are active): address, tax details, order contents
• Security data: IP address, browser information, date and time of transactions

2. Purposes

• Receiving, assessing and responding to your quote, information and service requests
• Carrying out sales, delivery, installation, training and after-sales services
• Fulfilling contractual and legal obligations
• Ensuring information security and preventing misuse

3. Legal grounds

Your data is processed on the grounds of entering into or performing a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interest and, where required, your explicit consent.

4. Transfers

Your data may be shared, strictly for the purposes above, with suppliers and manufacturers (for quotations and technical support), logistics companies, hosting and email providers and competent public authorities.

5. Retention

Data is kept for as long as the purpose requires and for the limitation periods set by law, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

6. Your rights

You have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, request correction or deletion, know the third parties it was shared with and object to processing.
