Discharge Valve
Brass valve designed for discharging gas from medical gas stations. Compatible with O2 and N2O.
Unit that controls and isolates medical gas supply floor by floor or zone by zone. 1-5 gases including vacuum, NIST emergency supply connection, lockable cover with window; under-plaster and on-plaster types.
When installation, maintenance or emergency work is needed on one floor, being able to cut off the gas supply to that zone alone is important for keeping critical areas supplied without interruption. The 66.1098 zone gas control unit is a reliable solution developed to manage and isolate medical gas supply in hospitals floor by floor or zone by zone. Its design complies with international standards such as HTM 02-01 and EN ISO 7396-1 and supports safe and efficient operation.
The unit's standout feature is its non-interchangeable screw thread (NIST) emergency connection. Through this connection a backup gas source can be brought into the system quickly, so gas flow continues during unexpected interruptions or planned maintenance, and patient safety and operational efficiency are maintained.
User convenience and safety are considered together: a sturdy body, intuitive controls and visual indicators make operation and monitoring easier. Between 1 and 5 gases, including vacuum, can be controlled. The lockable covers have an emergency access lock, and the window in the cover allows the analogue gauges to be read without opening it. If local monitoring is required, pressure switches can be fitted inside the box.
