Vacuum Pump VPS Series

The VPS series consists of pumps developed to generate reliable, high-performance vacuum in healthcare facilities and industrial applications, above all in hospital central vacuum systems. The pumps can run continuously and steadily from atmospheric pressure down to the ultimate vacuum level.

The single-stage design keeps suction capacity high even as pressure drops, increasing efficiency. Designed for continuous operation, they can be chosen with confidence for heavily used hospital environments. The integrated oil mist filter on the exhaust side captures oil particles that may be released during operation, supporting performance and improving environmental safety. The robust, quiet housing offers comfortable, long-lasting use in plant rooms, and stable performance with a long service life contributes to the facility's operational continuity.

To preserve performance, maintenance is planned by operating hours: normal maintenance is carried out after 3,000 operating hours or at the latest after 24 months. It includes a general check and cleaning, replacement of the oil, oil filter, oil separator cartridge and gas ballast filter, and an overhaul of the suction valve.
