Anaesthetic Gas Scavenging System AGSS Series

Gas mixtures released into the operating theatre during anaesthesia are removed safely and in a controlled way by the AGSS series. This protects both the patient on the operating table and the healthcare team working in the room from accumulated waste anaesthetic gases.

The centrally operating units connect to the operating theatre infrastructure and keep evacuation stable and uninterrupted; air quality in the room is preserved, creating a working environment in line with occupational health standards. A single or duplex blower configuration can be chosen according to capacity needs. The blowers are side channel regenerative types; they run oil-free, are air-cooled and are designed for continuous use. This design provides reliable performance, low maintenance needs and a long service life.

The series is CE marked; it is manufactured in accordance with the MDD 93/42/EEC directive, meets HTM 02-01 requirements and is classified as a Class IIa medical device.
