The 66.1839 technical air systems have been developed to produce the medical-quality compressed air that healthcare facilities need, continuously and reliably. The air is produced in an integrated set-up that brings together compressors, dryers and filtration units, and is then distributed through the medical gas pipeline system.
At the heart of the system are rotary screw compressors offering a wide capacity range. Power options extending from 2.2 kW to 37 kW allow configurations that suit facilities of different scales. High-quality screw blocks and advanced lubrication systems support continuous operation, operational stability and long-lasting performance. The compressed air dryers provide a dew point in the +3 °C to +5 °C range, minimizing moisture formation in the system and contributing to safe equipment operation.
Each project is prepared with different capacity options based on the hospital's consumption and bed capacity, with the aim of reliable, efficient and sustainable compressed air production.
