Vyntus BODY is a body plethysmography (body box) system developed for pulmonary function laboratories. Its flexible cabin design speeds up plethysmography measurements, while the spacious 1110-litre cabin and an entry step only 7 cm high let patients enter safely and comfortably. The height-adjustable chair inside the cabin helps achieve the most accurate patient position for testing.
At the heart of the system are a calibration-free, waterproof ultrasonic flow sensor and fast-responding multi-gas analysers. The flexible 3D arm, adjustable in height and position, can be extended up to 63 cm outside the cabin, so patients with claustrophobia or wheelchair users can also be tested outside the cabin. SentrySuite software simplifies evaluation with an ATS/ERS-compliant test workflow, quality feedback and trend reports.
