CLEARVISION II sistemi ile endoskopik sinüs cerrahisinde doktorun daha rahat ve hızlı çalışması  ve böylece daha kısa operasyon süresi hedeflenir. Teleskop üzerine takılan irrigasyon kılıfı sayesinde doktor bir ayak pedalına basarak teleskopun distal ucunu yıkayabilir. Böylece teleskop her kirlendiğinde teleskobu çıkartıp temizleme zorunluluğundan kurtulur.
