PDB 1120 is a mechanically operated pediatric hospital bed designed for standard hospital wards. Its two-crank functions and simple construction offer a low-cost solution for hospitals. The bed also has a safety side rail system.
The backrest and thigh support are adjusted with cranks, while the calf support is set by hand with a toothed-rail mechanical ratchet. The metal side rails can be lowered with one hand and give quick access to the patient.
